for everyone to remember for ever. Boston is a happening
city which offers a variety of places to see and avenues to
have fun. Boston offers many things that you had never
experienced before and which you would never want to miss.
Boston is one of those North American cities that is often
overlooked as being a city that holds little fun and
entertainment. However, this is where Boston creates much
surprise for many people since it ends up becoming a trip
that has a lot of charm and delight.
The Cambridge Antique Market is one place you won't want to
miss. If you like antiques and collectibles you will be
excited to find that four whole floors in a large building
are filled with delights sure to take your breath away. The
stalls are overflowing with antique jewelry, vases,
glassware, fine china, and picture frames. If you are
interested in larger items such as small tables and
sideboards, they are here too. You definitely won't find
these treasures at the mall.
Shopping for antiques isn't the only reason that Boston will
make you smile. Boston has some of the countries finest
restaurants for you to choose from. You'll enjoy meals that
feature the famous cornbread that is well known throughout
Boston, as well as the famed Boston baked beans that have a
reputation all around the world. Book ahead at one of the
finer restaurants for at least one of the nights that you're
staying in Boston.
The city has many museums where you can find almost
everything ranging from art to photography, to modern
sculpture, apart from many other collectibles. The John F.
Kennedy Museum housed within the walls of the JFK Library is
the most visited museum in Boston. This museum displays a
lot of exhibits and offers information for you to completely
understand the personal life, presidency and the
assassination of John F. Kennedy.
If you're in Boston when the weather is good, definitely
cruise the Cape Ann Marine Sanctuary. You'll find cruise
boats that take you to Essex which is 30 miles north of
Boston. Don't forget to bring your camera as the scenery on
Essex is a delightful town, so don't pass up an opportunity
to go there. You'll dine on excellent fish in one of the
seafood restaurants featuring it, or just wander the lovely
streets while eating some delicious ice cream.
While in Boston, if you have time for a more whimsical
sightseeing trip, you may want to think about stopping at
the Cranberry World Visitor's Center. You'll find exhibits,
tours, and taste testing of the delicious cranberry, which
is grown in the nearby bogs of New England. After leaving
the Cranberry Center you'll know everything that you need to
know about the cranberry, including how to grow it.
Your vacation to Boston will make you want to come back for
more. The city is alive with many places to see and things
to do. You certainly won't be disappointed after spending a
few nights in this friendly city.
